Splendore Charutos <![CDATA[Maryland prohibits the sale of cigars over the Internet]]> http://splendorecharutos.com.br/?p=380 2011-11-24T19:23:16Z 2011-11-23T18:31:03Z Buy cigars over the Internet or by mail is now against the law in the state of Maryland – USA. The state legislators have banned this form of sale for all tobacco products; The bill called HB 88, entered into force on May 1, 2011 and passed the House and Senate before being signed by Governor Martin O’Malley .

Residents were outraged, the law was declared unconstitutional, anti-choice and totally anti-American.
